Founded in Portland, Oregon by Southeast Portland local and co-owner Rudy Medina, Rudy’s Pizza opened in 2006 with a vision to create the most amazing Portland inspired pizza.  Rudy understands the uniqueness of the neighborhood that surrounds us, and it sets Rudy’s Pizza apart from the rest of our nearby locations.  We listen to the requests of our customers and do our very best to accommodate what they are wanting and needing.  Rudy celebrates his passion, and creativity for cooking by creating new and exciting pizza combinations for all to enjoy including our very large base of both vegan and gluten-free customers.
